When digital marketing agency NetBooster sought employees for their Finnish office, the greatest challenge was not simply to find qualified personnel; they also need to fit well with  the company’s culture.

Pro-Source interviewed NetBooster about its current talent, strategy and goals for the Finnish market. After that, specific talent profiles were determined to bring NetBooster Finland to the next level, highlighting NetBooster’s corporate values of collegiality, ambitious teamwork and youthful mind-set. This wasn’t just about recruiting individuals, it was about building an organisation. It was therefore important to make sure the people hired would form a solid team.

More than 50 candidates went through the different phases of the recruitment process. Many of them were ideally skilled, but they were bettered by those who fitted best in NetBooster’s culture. Eventually, three people were hired for NetBooster Finland’s office: Media Manager, Business Developer and Account Director.
