Antti Leimu

Antti is an executive search consultant and the head of Pro-Source’s executive search services. Antti is a naval officer by education. During his military career he served both in Finland and abroad in various international roles for several years. In 2004 he left the military and worked in the defense and security sectors in the roles of managing director and director of sales and marketing. He has been an executive team member and a board member at several companies. 

As an executive search consultant, Antti has focused on direct search and placement services in different business sectors. He is particularly experienced in executive searches for the renewable energy, defense, pharmaceutical, construction and industrial sectors, as well as various non-profit organizations. Antti is also familiar with working with cities, municipalities and public sector organizations. He enjoys conducting placement assignments in various business sectors.
