4. INTRODUCTION
Based on previous phases, we choose 3 – 5 most promising candidates and compose profound introduction documentation of them for your review.
5. INTERVIEWS
We partake also in the next round of interviews with our clients to ensure both the client and the candidate have all tools possible to make the choice.
6. INDUCTION
If required, we also consult you on drafting the employment contract and choosing the optimal starting date for the new employee.

There are many factors that affect the pricing of an executive search assignment, and these are always defined in our project plan drafted individually to each assignment.
