Marita works as a coach at Pro-Source. Marita has long and extensive experience in private sector, municipal and state administration organizations, their strategic development and management, and the strategic allocation of competence and resources. Through management team training, she has gained a good picture of the leadership capabilities needed in municipalities, the relationship between competence – person – position. How a person fits the position and, on the other hand, how the position fits the person. Good knowledge of municipal organizations and their operating environment enables a reliable assessment of the person being recruited, taking into account the entirety of the organization in which the person being recruited is located.
