Markku Kaijala

Markku is the founder of Pro-Source Oy. He works with Finnish and international companies to help them build stronger organisations and management models for ever-changing markets. Markku has successfully completed hundreds of high-quality executive searches for different industries in five different countries. In addition, Markku specialises in the know-how required in digital business and change management. Markku is member of Pro-Source Oy’s board.

Prior to the establishment of Pro-Source Oy, Markku worked in one of the biggest media companies in Finland, MTV, as Sales Director. He has also been the managing director and partner of Contra Integrated Ltd, an international advertising agency. During his executive search career, Markku has given lectures on recruiting and career planning at several companies and universities and written two books on recruitment and human resource subjects: Henkilöstö – Strateginen investointi? (Finland Chamber of Commerce 2020) and Rekrytointi – Tehtävään vai yhtiöön (Alma Talent 2016).
