Markku Miettinen

I am M.Sc. (Econ.) by basic education. I have worked as Investment and Finance Director in listed banks in Finland and abroad for over ten years. My clients were: corporate clients, institutions, and wealthy families. I participated in the work of credit and investment committees in banks and asset management companies, while preparing new investment products. I also worked as an HR recruitment specialist for an international bank when the bank’s operations expanded to Finland.

I have also worked in city-owned companies, as a board member as a finance expert for several years.

I learned a lot about executive search and high-level HeadHuntig when I worked for several years as CFO in one of Finland’s largest executive search companies operating in Finland and internationally – while preparing the completed acquisition. In the most demanding executive searches, I often work as a pair of HeadHunter’s experts: executive-level executive searches related to finance, asset management, banking and insurance. Currently, I also spar & coach owners of growth companies in solutions related to growth and growth financing.
