Petteri Mattinen

Petteri is an Executive Search consultant with emphasis on Director, Manager and top-level Professional recruitment. He has vast working experience from Director, Sales, Marketing and Business Development positions mainly from technical wholesales during over two decades of serving import and wholesales companies. He has specific business experience from industry, energy production and distribution, technical real estate services, contracting and planning.

Before joining Pro-Source, Petteri has worked as a CEO, Board member, Sales and Marketing Manager and in Account Management as well as different Business Development and Project Management positions. Alongside the aforementioned, Petteri has substantial experience from Product Management, quality systems, procurement and warehouse management, familiarizing him with different ERP, CRM, and reporting systems. Petteri’s special interest lies in change implementation and management as well as coaching management work.
