The Central Finland Health Care District
Executive search, recruitment, change management coaching
The Central Finland Health Care District is owned by 21 municipalities in central Finland. It is Finland’s largest non-university hospital district, with about 270,000 inhabitants and employing about 3,100 people. A new central hospital in Central Finland is being built in Jyväskylä, which will be completed in 2020.
The partnership with Pro-Source started in 2013 with the search for a project manager for the new hospital building. After successful recruitment, this co-operation has continued and deepened, and the Central Finland Health Care District has used Pro-Source in many of their leadership and expert co-ordinations, as well as in their search for a new administrative matron. Pro-Source specialists have also analysed the district’s management teams.
“We have been very pleased with our cooperation with Pro-Source. They have acquainted themselves thoroughly with our organization, our values, our management culture and the special features of our operations, and through their commitment they’ve been able to help us shape our organization as functional as possible in the midst of major simultaneous transformation processes.”
