Luxid is a marketing technology company that offers digital marketing expert services on the international market. Their goal is to expand within three years into a 25 M€ global business group. Strong growth plans in a highly competed field require a strong and unified management team that shares one vision, state of will and leadership capabilities. To achieve our goals in growth and global expansion we needed a management team coaching that focuses on:

- expanding leadership capabilities of our team leaders.
- clarifying Luxid Group’s strengths in strategic leadership.
Our cooperation with Pro-Source has been ongoing for a year and we have reached measurable results in our target areas for the coaching.
