In order to reach their strategic goals, the Private Employment Agencies’ Association (HPL) needed a person who could focus on communications. As it had no previous experience in recruiting a communications specialist, HPL realised that it needed specialist assistance.
HPL and Pro-Source together defined what title would be used to search for the right person. Pro-Source consultants also helped with the design of the job description and in defining the qualities and experience required to carry out the task successfully.
