St1 Lähienergia Oy is a subsidiary of the Finnish energy company St1. Ecological and efficient geothermal heating offers an energy-efficient and economical way of producing heating energy for the needs of your whole real estate.
In the constantly changing market, and competition for the most skilled professionals, quality leadership is a key component. Our bold but correct decision was to combine our board and local management in the same leadership coaching entity. As some members of our team didn’t have strong leadership experience, we decided together with Pro-Source to focus on three fundamental components, in which everyone can always develop their skills.

We were delighted to notice that the true meaning of good leadership was better understood throughout our organisation and the willingness to develop leadership skills has increased significantly.
